- Born and raised in whats considered home to some of the most renowned names in hip hop, MC and producer Skila always felt he had a lot to prove. Started rhyming at the age of 18 with influences such as Kool G rap, Rakim, Organized Konfusion and Tupac, Skila has applied his ever evolving talent to help promote what hip hop seems to lack these days, a step up. With a unique sound and lyrics that have been describes as "intelligence with an razor edge", this dark poet shares a perspective that few have the skill or courage to put out into the world.
